No, it's Brian. Trust me
If you seen the bluray of The Wrecking Crew, one of the engineers was talking about the session for Vegetables where the band played a plastic sheet on the ground, dumped bowlfuls of chopped veggies on it, then wiggled around in the mess while doing the vocals. I wonder which version he was talking about, Smile or Smiley.
Uh, sure, anything to not increase your sadness, pool_of_tears. It sounds like Brian. And it sounds like Carl. Has it ever been definitively verified?
Listen to the pronunciation of "back". That's Brian, albeit treated with varispeed.
No need to be sarcastic. It's Brian.
And every thread could devolve into a Mike v Brian debate. Fun!
See Amazon UK now have it back at £12.51
I got the good price!
Fun Fun Fun
I think it was Murry, in one of his more laid back moments...
It was Phil Spector.
You can hear him spinning the chamber before he says it...
Edited out just before was "I love you Brian."
Does anyone have any opinions about David Bowie's RCA catalogue on CD?
Why are you asking this on a Beach Boy's thread? There are dozens of Bowie threads where the RCA CDs are discussed.

Actually,it's June 30th,and "Mama Says",sadly will be in Mono. Also,"Mama Says" also has another title,"Eat A Lot,Sleep A Lot" dunno if that was what Brian had written as the Original Working title or not, however.
I'd heard they're even throwing In (?) the Still Unissued "Lei'd In Hawaii" too-Don't know if that will be Remixed in Stereo or not, however.
I believe that is the joke
It's very funny, too. I guess I just wasn't prepared for the difference between Beach Boys threads and Beatles threads. But the Brian v Carl v Bruce gags should have given me a clue.
If we could just keep all non-Beatles content in this thread, That would be great..
A lot changes in a month's time....
Simply put, here are the differences between the ways fans of each group treat The Beatles and The Beach Boys respectively:
In one band's fanbase any attempt to even deliver constructive criticism against actions or decisions made either by the group's individual members or through official releases is met with with indirect accusations of hearsay and/or blasphemy.
But for the other fanbase taking the mickey out of the same is fair game.
When Pacific Ocean Blue was re-released, there were about a thousand or so posts about anticipated release date and content, pricing, and where can I get it and general speculation. After the actual release, forum activity more or less died.
SHHH! Be quiet and let those poor people enjoy their music that they will likely forget about in lieu of the next thing announced the week after in peace.
I kid, love Pacific Ocean Blue. Wish Dennis did more solo work in his lifetime before his tragic demise.
Sounds healthy. Maybe people were too busy listening?
