O'Rated? The White Album... all day long. Sgt Pepper sniffing at its heels.

 

I would change a couple.
Overrated : Sgt. Pepper ( Lauded over by critics, the real innovator is Revolver. So ahead of its time. I mean, Tomorrow Never Knows, Elenore Rigby, Love You To, Taxman? Other than Dylan what else stands up in 1966? Sgt. Pepper comes out June 67, but we also have The Doors S/T, Jefferson Airplane, Hendrix, The Who Sell Out, Cream Disraeli Gears, etc... IMO)
Underrated: Help ( Its place right before Rubber Soul and Revolver. Help is a transitional album, but so good. ) IMO.

Overrated: The Long and Winding Road in its overly orchestrated single/‘Let It Be’ album version. The stripped-down versions on Naked and Anthology 3 were big improvements.
Underrated: Across the Universe

Most underrated song is easy: Maxwell's Silver Hammer. It's a total hoot, and I've never understood the hate for it.
