You could go back in time to see one Beatles' concert. Which of these would it be?

  1. How about the Salisbury Plain show? No screaming teenage girls at this one.

  2. Four of the six tracks from the 10/24/63 radio performance are included on Anthology 1. The sound is much improved on the remastered iTunes version.

"She Loves You" from the 10/30/63 Drop In tv performance also appeared on the more recent video anthology.

    Without doubt the cavern.
To experience the four headed monster in a stinking beer sodden cellar would be a dream.

Without any hesitation it's the WASHINGTON COLISEUM for me!

This first visit to America, is the moment the Beatles conquered the world and became the GREATEST ROCK BAND OF ALL TIME!

The Washington concert, is the Beatles young, hungry, excited and exciting, live and hard rocking!
It's also the concert I want on an official Blu-ray!

The Quarrymen gig at the St. Peter's Church 'Rose Queen Garden fete' in Woolton, July 1957, just minutes before John met Paul.^^

Or one of the Budokan gigs in 1966, because I love Japan and the Foursome equally.

You have a point there but I think we would be allowed to pick our age before stepping into the way back machine.

I would choose to be 19 and a good brawler for my trip to Hamburg for a night Ringo played.

Are you sure you don't want to rephrase this?

  13. The Cavern! The Beatles in your face and in your ears!

Followed closely by the Rooftop, because they were so cool, loud and proud of their new material (and of an old, unreleased rocking song too).

Purely because my mum was apparently there, she would have been 17. She passed away a few months ago and id love to have known more of her life when she was younger.

From the given choices...my preferences for a time machine visit are
    1. Ed Sullivan Show where they did This Boy.
    2. Ed Sullivan's last b&w show where they did Yesterday, etc.
    3. Cavern show

I didn't know that about Buffalo. And I lived right outside of it (in Tonawanda) back then and would have been there if I could. The closest they came was Toronto, and that was out of the question with my parents. I'm sure they'd have been fine if it was in Buffalo. So, where was that tidbit of info from?

Rooftop! No screaming, a small exclusive audience and probably the longest set of the bunch even if it includes repeats.
