Mine is the second bridge in I'll Be Back. It makes the song for me and really adds to the sadness and regret in the lyrics and music. At 1:04.
I don't know if it's my favorite, because I haven't thought through the catalog, but what jumped into my mind is "No Reply". Although I have to admit both "I'll Be Back" and "Piggies" are excellent choices as well.
“I Don’t Want to Spoil their Party” comes to mind from the same time period. “Though tonight she’s made me sad...” always reminds me of the cover and vice versa. Those voices together...
I always like your viewpoint on this kind of thing because you can relate it to what is happening musically. For me, the bridge expresses the emotional tension and yearning that underlines the urgency of working it out before it's too late, "life is very short..."

Yes I love that part in no reply...such an underrated gem of a song that casual fans might not be aware of.
My favorite part of "Martha My Dear" is the bridge- "Take a good look around you..". He formed Wings with that bridge
