Josey Wales got my vote, but Pale Rider is the "dark horse" #2 choice for me.

We could have a whole separate thread on our favorite quotes from this movie.

Not a big Eastwood fan, but Unforgiven is a great film. The characters are varied and interesting. Not my all-time favorite movie, but my favorite western along side The Tin Star.

    Best performance The Unforgiven.

Paint Your Wagon (1969) was a Lee Marvin film. Such a rich color palette in the cinema at the time. Lee's " Wand'rin' Star" is a classic, for sure. Clint's "I Talk To The Trees"less so ..though nice psychedelic shirt.

I hit the vote button before I realized that I could have voted for these two.

    Hang 'em High.
Comes across as a TV movie.
    Starts good, ends mushy romance.
Interesting cast. Bruce Dern, Dennis Hopper. Ben Johnson.

Tough, but I had to go with The Unforgiven (even though it should have used Metallica's song, but since Clint composed the theme himself I will forgive him ), and Pale Rider. Those edged out High Plains Drifter-I really liked that character, and how he paints up the town with a sign "HELL" etc. I'm not sure I've seen some of these movies, have to check through them.

For those of you who haven't seen the new 2017 Blu-Ray of TGTB&TU, you are in for a visual treat!

Picked up the 4BD /3 Sergio Leone Dollar films + Hang 'em High box thing. Kept my old 2 DVD version.

Is there not a 4K version out now ?

Must admit I prefer the theatrical movie version.

The Good, the Bad & the Ugly is my favorite movie in general, and is naturally my number one pick. The Outlaw Josey Wales comes in second, followed closely by A Fistful of Dollars.

I was very close to picking High Plains Drifter as my 2nd favorite, but had to give it to Unforgiven.

    The GB+U is GOAT.

Ok, forget Clint ...Lee Marvin steals the film anyway, wand'rin' ⭐️, indeed.
