    Easy one for me....the aliens in Alien. Creepy but you could see how they could really look like that...yikes!

    They weren't actually "aliens" though, were they? I thought they were just humans who'd been horribly deformed by the Spice.

    The Creature From The Black Lagoon; I don't know if it came from outer space or because of atomic bomb-irradiated water, but he always scared the fecal material out of me!

    While they're not technically aliens in and of themselves, I would consider the monoliths in 2001: A Space Odyssey to be enough of an extension of the unseen aliens that they count in this thread. Also, all my other favorites have been posted already. :laugh:
