To make things easier I mean records with tons of slide or records where slide is really important.

LP's with Joey Landreth a current favorite. (I always rate live playing before recordings)

I really enjoy Gurf Morlix's slide work on Lucinda Williams early stuff and any of his solo outings such as ' Toad Of Titicaca' and 'Fishin' In The Muddy'. He is also an amazing live player and Wow can he play some slide.

I saw/heard him for the first time on the 2010 Crossroads DVD (the one in Chicago). He was great- I need to broaden my horizons a bit and check out more of his stuff.

Bonnie Raitt is a great slide guitar player  - try some of her albums.

Check out this thread as well - some good recommendations there.

I do like blues slide but I have gotten a bit jaded with the open tuning because it makes players sound a bit too alike... so I'm really into players using conventional tuning for slide like Elvin Bishop... ditto for non-blues players... love Syd Barrett's slide...

Yes! Harrison had a very unique style on slide -- lyrical and lilting.
