First one that came to my mind was The Regrettes cover of Marshmallow World

Foghat's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and "Run, Run ,Rudolph" are pretty easy to find. But the single "Goin' Home Christmas" is tough. It has been on CD compilations, but the B-side never has; a rollicking version of "Santa Claus Is Back In Town." I am still looking for this after three decades. Let me know if you see one.

I'm not quite sure of the release status on this... The original appeared on an album I think but this version is very different and very fun. I'm not sure where/how it was released.

 

Beach Boys - "Melekalikimaka"
I'm not sure of this one's release history either, but I don't think it was on a regular album (although it has a non - holiday doppelganger called "Kona Coast" on the MIU lp) . IMO it's up there with "Little Saint Nick" as a Beach Boy holiday anthem!

 

Even though I like this song, it never struck me as a true "Christmas" song.
Always felt like he was just throwing in the Christmas verses but the rest of the song was not a true holiday song.
