Yourmusic free cd when you sign up?

I signed back up today to yourmusic and they said that just for signing up you get a free cd. How? I followed the directions on the front page for the free cd and nothing happens.

 

If you renewed your membership, you are probably not eligible for a free CD. If you opened a new membership, I suggest clicking on the Checkout link and opening the drop-down list for Redeem Free CD(s). If you have any coming to you, they should appear there.

 

I opened up a new membership using a different email addrerss than the one I used to use with them. Is that a renewal? I did the drop thing but it said 0.

 

That sounds like a new membership, all right. I don't know what else to suggest.

 

I just checked the site and I believe this is only when you sign up a friend.

I just resigned up with a new address two days ago and did not receive this offer. The website makes it pretty clear in bold print.

If I'm wrong, let us know what happens and tell us what to do!
