I'm thinking that we'll see more of them now that BMG is gone.

Neither of these had the typical BMG UPC codes on them; they were both retail versions. Of the hundreds of CDs I have ordered from them, I believe I have received retail versions only once or twice. :D

The recent Radiohead deluxe editions are also the retail versions. No BMG markings whatsoever.

My account has cd's at $5.99 all the time. Used to be $4.99 a few years ago.

The 599CDS code works on multi-disc titles as well. That means Universal Deluxe Editions are $11.98!

Shows how often I order from them these days... I didn't even realize they raised their prices a dollar. I'm gonna have to rethink my subscription if these coupon codes continue to be as scarce as they have been.

I recieved an e-mail today advertising 15% off all boxed sets until Nov. 26th. No code needed. Just put the item in your cart.

  15. Overall this is a little better deal for the box sets than the previous one at $5.99 each disc, about a nickel a disc better for most box sets. Maybe yourmusic.com is going to do these promotions more frequently, pretty cool if true.

I ordered the B.B. King box.

  17. Are there any current $5.99 codes?

Don't delay - this offer ends Dec. 13.

Buy 3 CDs and get one free! Here's how:
    • add your selections to your shopping cart
    • type the code YMB3G1 into the "Enter Promotion Code:" box
    • click the "update" button, then proceed to checkout.

    Also try 599SALE or 599CDS

Thanks for adding this. I hadn't seen this one yet. I prefer the straight $1.00 discounts or 10% off discounts at this point since I'm running out of stuff that I want. But I may have to review and see what's out there.

Assuming you can find 4 CDs you want, this is a pretty good deal. Averages out to $5.25 per.

  22. It is as good a deal as Yourmusic has offered in the past couple of years.

Do you know if I could take advantage of this even though I am not currently a member? (I realize I would have to sign up.)

I am one of those who got an email when BMG shut down that I could enter my email address at yourmusic.com and get a free CD by signing up there. But I kept getting a message saying that I already had a yourmusic.com account, but if so it didn't work, couldn't login, etc. Finally got sick of messing with it and gave up. But its been awhile so I might just be able to find 4 CDs that I want...
