  2. Not a great solution if you are like me and desire all the artwork and printed material. It is more than just the music for me….it is the complete presentation.

So this will complete my big gap of unfamiliarty wrt Tull's 70s output. As with Minstrel, I only know the title track from its appearance on Original Masters.

Back then, I knew Aqualung and Thick as a Brick, but never listened to APP, Warchild, Minstrel or Too Old. I started listening again with Songs from the Wood and Heavy Horses.

I will definitely buy this, as I have bought all the other (reasonably priced) ones, and listen to it with fresh ears. And then wait patiently for more....

I am looking forward to this, the title track, Crazed Institution and Chequered Flag are highlights for me, I didn't like deadbeat until I saw them play in on the light music tour in 92, that arrangement is better than the album version.
I hope they include the Tullavision video in the package.
Are there any other tracks from these sessions aside from Small Cigar and Strip Cartoon?

Anybody knows if TOTRR was mixed in quadrophonic?

A couple of tracks were, but it is unclear if the rest of the album was as well.

What do you mean, about his involvement with TOTRNR? Nothing new at this point.

Anyone following Jakko J., Dave Gibbons and Steven Wilson on Twitter/facebook has detected any Tull related activity?

To be quite honest, I've never listened to this album yet. The same for the albums that followed apart from a few songs like Broadsword and Budapest but that is about to change. :)

I´ve been reappreciating TOTRR, not that bad as I remembered.

In the time left between the reissue of Minstrel and the one for Too Old, they could get on with re-releasing the Aqualung deluxe, sans vinyl, in the same book format as the ones from Thick As A Brick to Minstrel. 2CDs + DVD + Blu-ray (glitch-free, of course). 45th anniversary edition? Come on, dear Ian, you can do this. :)

    I love that!!

I've been told by someone who would know that this idea has been sent to Ian.

So sad they've passed over Living in the Past with all these re-issue re-mixes.
It's my favorite three sided record.

I agree it's a fantastic album, but there's really no point as the tracks are now on the other albums from the era.
