Finally heard The Stooges' FUN HOUSE -- Wow!

Yes, there is one already, it is 7 discs long, and they might reissue that set.

 

People,don't just blow yr precious dollars for a mint original Funhouse,just 'cause it's an original(big issue in these forums,the first issues).I happen to have it. The Sundazed LP is the one to own.It's a MONSTER!

My older cousin gate it to me a few years ago,in great condition.First of all it's quite noisy and it shouldn't,as far as its condition is concerned.The bass is not as 'punchy' as the Sundazed one.
Finally,the reissue is an extremely quite transfer.I'm telling you,you can't go wrong with the Sundazed.Of course,the original is not a bad copy at all,it's just that it is not as good.

Ok, thank you. Again, I might have to check that out. From what you're saying, it sounds like a great play copy. I'd like to retire my original so it remains a collector's item.

Yeah, true. The prices on these records are insane. But, if people are willing to pay those prices, I don't see this trend ending anytime soon.

I saw the new issues today for $14.99 each...I instead picked up the Sundazed issues for $12.99 each since the Elektra's might be around for a little while...

Yes...any reviews of the new reissues of The Stooges and Fun House? Went to place an order for the Sundazed reissues and noticed they were re-released last month!

I searched online for news about Steve Mackay's condition but to no avail. Can you provide any more information?
