This has been mooted for about a decade. Have they got Joe Pesci on board ?

Nice to see Joe Pesci hopefully being in something again. He still looks the same too!

    Too risky a project.

Be interesting to see him spar with AP, some explosive stuff.

Too risky in what way, too many egos?

If Paramount wants to ensure I stay home to see high quality films over their crap reboots, I won't complain.

Not too long ago, I saw Pacino in a small indie, Manglehorn, and bought my tickets early in case it sold out. Ha! There were four of us in the theater. Distressing, to say the least.

Not sure if Alexpop was serious or not, but my guess would be financially risky, is the profit margin high enough.

As great as he is, I have a hard time picturing Al Pacino as Jimmy Hoffa.

You gotta wonder, is Netflix going to a premium membership or pay-per-view? Otherwise I doubt they would gain enough new memberships to offset $105 million.

Can't be any worse than Jack Nicholson was playing Hoffa:laugh:

I am so down with this:righton:. Hopefully the movie doesn't suck and hopefully none of these actors croak before production starts...

About time. Bezos can launch his own movie studio with this foundation.

i highly doubt that something this big will be a netflix only release.

i'd bet it will go into theaters, worldwide.

and i also expect a killer supporting cast, who in hollywood would not want to do this?

Yeah, I think either Pesci or Keitel would be more convincing as Hoffa.
