The Georgie Fame version of Billy Stewart's "Sitting in the Park" was the one I remember hearing from the radio when I was a kid in the late 60's.

Another song by the Split Level, I just discovered the band this year, they are fantastic! This is the mono single version of "Looking At the Rose Through World Colored Glasses", I like it more than the stereo:
I've finally been delving into the Fading Yellow series. So many great songs compiled with real skill for the art. Here is a highlight for me so far.. "Haven't Got The Time" by The Cadaver (1968):
another favorite from Fading Yellow series, "Mr. Yates" by the Omegas. Inspired songwriting, to say the least.
