    Anyone else buy anything today?

Had an Amazon gift voucher kicking about on my account for ages, so while I was at a family gathering all day, was browsing Amazon and thought it would be nice to buy something to cheer me up when the back to work reality kicks in over the next couple of days.

So 3 back catalogue Saint Etienne albums and one Mogwai album heading my way and £35 well spent.

Am I the only person admitting to having already given in and bought some music in this young year?

Yeah, so the day after I tell my wife we should try to start saving more and spending less (and I meant on shoes of course ;)) I walked by my local record store and purchased two bands' debuts on CD: The Go-Go's (2CD reissue) and The B-52's (regular)

I finally managed to order Zappa's Halloween '77 USB set. I'd ordered it a while back but it was actually out of stock so I never got it. Then Amazon UK got it in but it was too expensive for my sensibilities. Then, yesterday, it was a bit cheaper - in my price-range - so I ordered it. I've been waiting to hear this stuff since it was released so I'm really pleased to finally be getting it.

Replaced my copies of Iron Maiden's debut and Killers. I left them on top of the car last night when I went to get pizza. Doh. I got the 1998 versions.

CrazyCatz Great shot kid. Don't get cocky!

Well I held out till today..but I spotted this whilst looking for another album to get 50% Off(but this wasn't Inc in the deal) and I ended up not getting the original album..just this

I have no knowledge of this Album, listing states 2CD and year, plus label Apple Corp. We only have a couple(4?) Beatles Albums and got Queen at the BBC for Christmas present, so seemed a no brainer to grab this at that price.

Forgot, also today I used the rest of my HDtracks gift certificate, bought 24/96 versions of ELO's Eldorado, Face The Music, A New World Record, Out Of The Blue, Discovery and Time. So far I like what I am hearing, Eldorado sounds great.
