New Line Magnetic Integrateds (and phono stage)

    I received information today on a few new Line Magnetic integrated amps that are coming, along with the new LP33 phono stage.

    LM34ia -- EL34 with 40watts per channel

    LM-34iA Integrated tube amplifier - Push Pull EL34 - Class AB - 2x40W

    LM88ia -- KT88 with ultralinear/triode switch option for 45/30 watts per channel, upgraded power tubes and transformers as well

    LM-88iA Integrated tube amplifier - Push Pull KT88 - 2x42W

    LM150ia -- KT150 tubes and 100 watts per channel

    LM-150iA Integrated tube amplifier - Push Pull KT150 - 2x100W


    And the new phono stage --

    I wonder why they didn't make the phono stage black to match all their new amps. Or maybe the gold color so it would match my 518. What's the price point on it?

    From what I can tell, LM is moving to black or hammertone on pretty much everything. Just depends on what series the unit is listed under.

    The phono stage is $1995.

    I like the looks of the new one a lot more. At least the layout. I like the gold and hammertone more than the black though. The black is okay, just kind of too normal I guess. Glad my amp has the gold, if they are moving away from it as an option. It is unique for sure.

    I like the styling as well.....hope to have a few of these in next week and looking forward to seeing/hearing it in person.

    No new dac news as of now. The units I listed, along with 2 new speakers and a high end integrated are the only new items at this time (in the US).

    The 34 looks really nice.... I have one of the 88ia's on the way here and will likely go ahead and grab a 34 soon as I want to hear how they compare.
