This show just premiered this past Sun. on the Starz network. It stars the incredible J.K. Simmons, has this guy ever done any bad work? The show is interesting in that although based in a VERY strong science fiction premise, its almost a non factor due to the strength of his performance. He's playing a dual role but he's not doing twins or clones, his double is an alternate reality version of himself. Of course, although they're the same person, they're completely different from one another. Simmons just gobbles this material up, the man's a force of nature! Very highly recommended!!! Funny how things have a way of coming full circle. Many years ago, one of the biggest reasons I was such a huge fan of OZ was because of this actor I'd never heard of who had such a dominating screen presence. Now, just hearing he was associated with this was my primary motivation for tuning in! When does he sleep? Him and Samuel L. Jackson seem to be in EVERYTHING!!!;)

  2. I saw the pilot episode and I liked, this series looks promising. When will we get episode 2?

Great first episode...this is definitely going to be a series that I stick with. I love the premise and the fact Simmons plays not one but two characters? Awesome.

A live action Rick & Morty? :) I'll watch, but I think this needs to be binged, so I'll probably wait until I can do that (I hear the storyline can be rather complex/complicated, so binging will help here).

He was also in Law & Order as a shrink. Always liked him in that role, too.

Second episode was great as well. The show is just getting started, and there are so many questions being brought up that have yet to be answered. I'm on board!

yeah she did an amazing job with those roles, and won a well deserved emmy.....

but it's fascinating watching JK play two entirely different characters.. he's very convincing...... definitely not the Farmers guy here. :)

Loving it!! As for it being slow, I guess when comparing it to normal prime time TV it is but when the acting is this good I don't mind them taking their time and really getting to know the characters.

Just saw the latest episode and I'm really enjoying the whole package. The acting, the story, the production values, all top notch! As far as the pacing, I don't find it slow at all, this ain't Mission Impossible! Cool to see Viserys Targaryan working again!;)

I'm surprised more people aren't commenting on this show. I haven't missed an episode, and it has yet to disappoint! I guess people are too busy talking about how terrible The Walking Dead has become. o_O

Off topic, but driving slowly doesn't always necessarily equate to good driving habits. Most of these drivers are half asleep or stoned.
    In short: "Green means GO".
