Question for Bluesound Node 2 owners

Every three or four months it pops up and says 'update available' and you update the firmware on your Node 2. Sometimes there's a small change to the U.I., but usually there's no real difference you can tell.

There was an update in the past week and maybe I'm crazy but it seems to me my system sounds better. BETTER. More 3-d, more spacious, more dynamic.

Am I crazy? There's no way to 'roll it back' and do a compare, but jeez the digital part of my system is sound really, really good after this update.

Anyone?

 

I'll have to listen closely to mine. I use the Node 2 on my second stereo and my Vault 2 on the main stereo. Enjoy the music!!

 

Have you done the recent update?

 

Yes. I listened last night and it sounds very good. Don't have enough auditory memory with this unit to say how much better it sounds than before the update.
