That's the way to do it if you want to live to 90. Stay active and exercise. She is super spry for 90 as well. She moves better than Roseanne does with her bum knee.

So they filmed episodes in a different order than they're airing them in? Because we still have three more episodes to go before the end of this season.

I got a belly laugh when she came in and made a comment about Dan. I can’t remember now what she said, but it was funny! She’s an excellent actress.

One of my favorite episodes of the series was the one where Bev goes to AA because she's decided she's an alcoholic, so Roseanne decides that Dan can't drink on Super Bowl Sunday.

"Why do they pour the beer so slowly? And in such a cold, frosty mug? Who does that?!" -Bev. :)

I thought this episode was hitting on all cylinders.
It's worthy of the earlier seasons.
And it's neat how we got to meet different people every episode.
This one we got to see DJ's wife and daughter, and the Connor's new neighbors

    LOVED tonight’s episode!

Great and realistic message, could’ve been an older episode

I like the neighbor couple- I hope they're semi-regulars. I thought that Roseanne's comments before meeting them were a little forced and cliched, and her turnaround was a bit too quick for my liking but oh well. The woman playing Geena didn't read her lines very well (IMO) but maybe she'll get better as we see more of her.

Dan was given almost nothing to do in this episode yet again.

I find it weird that Geena/Mary are a reminder of the episode where Roseanne (the character) was a lot more open-minded and tolerant compared to some of her attitudes towards people who are different from her in the reboot...

I'm guessing that Sandra has already appeared.

Last night's episode did harken back to the older ones having a message about human decency. I haven't watched the older ones in awhile but I don't recall them talking about modern technology of that time too much. I just hope that with them making such an issue about WiFi, Amazon, EBT, etc. that it doesn't date the new series too much for the future.

Also, while I don't really follow Roseanne Barr and what she's saying out there at the moment, last night's episode kind of made me feel she is playing her part in public as well as on the show (from a few scattered things I did hear... and frankly don't want to dig into too much or debate on).

It's also great that we are seeing Dan much more.

I hope we get an episode where Rosanne is away on a trip or something and we focus on Dan in the "A" storyline in some way.

Last nights did as well as last weeks, number 2 to NCIS, but with 10 million viewers. I’m glad the ratings are still holding up well.

It was cool seeing Dan and DJ together. I hope they get more time in future episodes. When he was young, DJ had a passion for films and wanted to be a filmmaker.
But life usually doesn't work out.
I think one reason why I find Roseanne continuing so precious is that I'm a similar age to Becky and Darlene. And I can relate to everything.

I was glad to see the progression from ignorance to understand in a logical way. I think the original did as well, though usually through more episodes. The silly funny stuff is still there and I think the show will be as entertaining as we expect weekly. With their writing staff, I don’t foresee any dud shows as long as it runs.

Yeah, now I hope they make the neighbors semi-regulars and develop them more as characters.

Why is Dan running a drywall business? He worked for the city as a supervisor didn't he?

I think we can guess that Dan and Roseanne are on Social Security and have jobs to help ends meet. They have a full house.
