Man, I like the album but Mouse and YOSW are weak in my book. On Wot Gorilla at least they are letting some steam off, giving us some insight into their private jams, which I like ... for example, maybe they should have given us a few more jams like The Waiting Room

My family does a lot around Mobile and stays there, so I have a soft spot, and always liked that tune

That I don't know...I have several of their LPs but was never what you'd call a 'huge' fan...

I love that song. My only complaint is that I would rather have it elsewhere in the sequencing. Ending the album with a fadeout is slightly lame.

Then again I think ATTWT gets an unfairly bad press from the Genesis fan community.

I don't think I've seen anyone on this board like the song Mother and I think it's because people can't relate to it. I can which is why I always liked it. The vocal delivery is an integral part of the feel of the song. I suppose if it makes someone uncomfortable they probably do get it.

My least favorite Husker Du song is Turn It Around On Warehouse. Mould would keep a tight lid on Hart's songs yet felt Turn It Around was good enough to put on. I don't skip it but it's not a favorite. Warehouse has a number of weak songs on it. Candy Apple Grey does too. I feel they could combine those into a great album as good as Flip Your Wig was.

"Teacher's Pet" on Venom's Black Metal completely ruined the record for me.

It's so bad, it not only ruined the record for me, but the band's entire output.

Remove "Thank You" from Led Zeppelin 2 and put "Heartbreaker" as the last song on side one.

No, that's not it at all. It's not because I can't relate to it; it's because I think it sounds horrible. John Lennon had a song of the same name, and I can't relate to that song's lyrics either, but I like the song. It helps that Lennon is actually singing on his song, as opposed to yelling and screaming.
