All my Bowie's sound great except Hunky Dory. AS picture disc is my best copy of the album.

I might be wrong but I think his point of extrapolating data is about using deduction. There are those who can deduce and... those who cant. Asking what the others are is basically falling into the trap.

Interesting....I shall dig out my AS and check (it's been awhile). The last time I recall putting it on, it's did not sound great. But maybe it was one of those nothing-works days...

I have a couple later Maiden albums that initially came out only on picture disc. I have no desire to replace them with black vinyl versions.

The only time I ever saw that Love picture disc was thumbtacked to the ceiling of a literal hole in the wall used CD store called CD Alley in Chapel Hill. I wish I'd bought it.

So, I ended up snagging the Anthem picture disc. Sounds great.

I own a picture disk that was pressed by RTI (Record Technology Inc.) that has surprisingly very little surface noise compared to other picture disks pressed by other plants.

Very cool! Wasn't aware it was out yet. I'm just game for the 2 cd. Glad to hear the remaster is good!

It's technically out Friday, but the store got copies in today, so I cracked it open.

Going by the recordings on YouTube, they don't seem to have as much surface noise but I'm more concerned with the outgassing from being stored inside the PVC sleeves.

Anyone have early picture disc 78s from the 40s?
