The version linked above uses the original mix that we are all used to, and this was the original LP artwork as well. CD and Cassette was different art.

A thread search brought up no results for The Who Live At The Fillmore East 1968 3 record set, yet I found it to be the lowest price when compared elsewhere. Most charging in the neighborhood of $50.00. $34.70 at Amazon : https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079MSX1FG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Mine just arrived in an album mailer, set into a much larger box, with inflatible pillows. All VERY warm to the touch, but then it's very hot here right now.
WOW! That is a nice thread mate! They have a ton of stuff right up to the minute. Thanks kindly! ***EDIT Now, if I can figure out how to get notifications from that thread, that would be awesome!
Yeah, I really like that a lot of times (not always, but it seems more so lately) Amazon has double boxed the albums they send like that.
Also, why in the Hell can't they knock ? I ask them to on the delivery instructions, but nooooo, I hear them out there like a small animal scampering about, I open the door, and there sits the box !?!
I know you're joking, but in James' defense, people get excited when they see MOFI, I did when I drove to Grimey's after work on release day, for that very album. Get it home, put it on, and it's no better than either of my 1977 originals. $25 or so, big disappointment.
OK but for those of us who would like to purchase the album for the first time, the MFSL is probably just fine, right? Or is it worse than the old MCAs?
