    FWIW, Iron Horse did some excellent bluegrass covers of Metallica songs... Four Horsemen and Unforgiven translated the best IMO

    I got the Live Metallica download of this and I think it's enough. Unfortunately, I found James to be quite hoarse on a few tracks.

    Metallica doing a Wayne / Jayne County & the Electric Chairs covers album would be the most interesting thing they'd done in years!!

    Wow. I listened to this yesterday and after the first minute I HATED it and almost turned it off. But I decided to let it finish and damn if I don't love it now. I like what the mandolin is doing but I wish it was a bit lower in the mix and Kirk was a bit louder. It sounds like Kirk is doing some nice soloing and anybody that's held a guitar knows that soloing on an acoustic is no joke.

    I'd like to see a video of this song with clips of Puppets era Metallica. Hearing this version and seeing the feral looking James Hetfield of 1986 would be a real trip.

    I guess this for charity and doing something different creatively.Have you guys listened on their official site lately?They did do some awesome sounding versions of old classics on this tour.I love the heavy performances of Metal Militia.Phantom Lord,Shortest Straw,No Remorse,Fight Fire,The Wait ect.
