Seems pretty in-depth about the inciting factors.

Hopefully towards a quick settlement. This seems like one of those "nobody wins" gambits.

He needs to stop whinging and get on with his life. At the end of the day, they ALL clearly didn’t like working with him as much as he thought. Don’t be a baby, just leave the party mate.

Unfortunately FM have never gone the quick and easy route, though.

If only Pete Best would have thought of this... ;)

Wow. Never a dull moment. "I know there's nothing to say," Buckingham's statement alleges. "Neil Finn has taken my place."

How that poll doing? The "Will FM ever tour with Lindsey again" poll.

Shhhhh! Don’t give him any ideas! ;)

More on topic, Fleetwood Mac has made a lot of the members very wealthy.

There comes a time to just put it all aside. Now if they weren’t paying royalties to him for past work, I understand.

  13. Sounds like he is getting on with his life (touring on his own, releasing a new solo album) but if the suit has merit then there is nothing wrong with attempting to obtain something owed to you.

I guess my question would be, is something owed? Did the band breach contract or is this a case of merely being upset they won’t play together?

    Not trolling, but genuinely curious.

In that case, the others should try and countersue for him dropping out of the Tango in the Night tour weeks before it was supposed to start.

Sounds like he took the "never break the chain" line too literally.

This current Fleetwood Mac Tour is the worst case of false advertising since my suit against the film The Neverending Story.
