Okay, then I really would watch it because she's hilarious.

I don't know what you're watching, but whenever they show an interracial couple on shows/commercials/movies I've noticed it's usually a black man and a white woman. To the point where I'm taken actually taken aback when it's a black woman and a white man, which is why I thought this was a somewhat refreshing casting decision. Here's hoping they can get Tituss Burgess as Uncle Arthur!

And yet again, more identity politics are pushed. Sane people like me are sick of it.

You don't have to find it interesting, but it's out of line to suggest that people who are interested in "identity politics" are insane.

Sorry about that, I admit I went too far with that last sentence.

How about a "reboot" where the mortal husband actually wants to make use of his wife's magic powers?

    Oh absolutely !

but I will say that however lame the 2005 film was, Nicole Kidman was well cast and made the best of it.

"They struggle to navigate their differences as she discovers that even when a black girl is literally magic, she’s still not as powerful as a decently tall white man with a full head of hair in America."

Its funny how PC stuff doesn't work in reverse these days. As long as your "oppressed", it's now okay to classify other people as a racial stereotype.

The think tank in Hollywood must be running on fumes.

  14. Did anyone tell the producers of this reboot that the original series was awful and not worth revisiting? :)

What's funny is that rebooting Bewitched was a part of the plot of the Bewitched movie from a few years ago...

It's funny how people who complain about "PC stuff" on the internet fly into instant rages about completely imaginary perceived slights to white men, but call everybody else "snowflakes" and "virtue signallers."

imaginary perceived slights? What’s so imaginary about a man being vilified on the show merely for being a white man?
