Perhaps because we found out Robert Di Nero is really just a lazy pot smoker?

Yes, and as your future interior decorator, I think you should rent 2 Days In The Valley as soon as you can.

QT got his Polanski, Rafal Zawierucha and CM guy from Justified, Damon Herriman

Jackie Brown as it seems the least mannered of his movies IMHO. It's too bad that Pam Grier's career didn't bloom more after this.

She went to work with Jason Statham in Ghosts Of Mars. Do believe it was John Carpenter's last good film.

I absolutely agree. Having rewatched it for the first time in ages I was shocked at what a bleak joyless picture it really is. No other Tarantino movie has this 'empty' quality.

Travolta really shone in this film, who knew he had it in him. QT worked with the same actors again, and again.but never John Travolta.

If there was ever a movie that is in need of a proper 4K remaster, it is Reservoir Dogs. All of the Blu-ray versions I am aware of are encoded with MPEG-2 on a BD-25 with DD 640 5.1 or DTS-HD HRA (not lossless) audio. For what it's worth, Kill Bill Vol 1 and Kill Bill Vol 2 could also benefit from a 4K remaster onto a BD-50. I think the current Blu-rays are VC1-encoded BD-25s.

That's a sad story he should forgive him. His dad was part of the macho era.
