Mr. Robot I did that a disservice. As I watched it disc 1, disc 3, disc 2 ( hate when that happens) ., thought it was kinda wt. Like the Swedish actor.
I didn't know they were going for a season 2 - it feels so long since season 1. I'm certainly in for season 2 as soon as it hits the screens. Might also read the book. Tried to get into Hannibal but found it too gory and a bit of a downer.
Mr. Robot is brlliant & totally mindblowing. The 1st 2 seasons are total mind-effs. The 3rd is more straightforward and fills in a lot of the blanks. I highly recommend you stick with it.
Doh me, watched disc 3, before disc 2 in season one DVD no wonder I couldn't figure it out initially. Yes i like it alright now. That Hispanic drug dealer dude is straight out of Breaking Bad. Also the executive American psycho ( Swedish actor ). The only thing that irks me is Christian Slater. As is, steller stuff.
End of the year now. Eh, nothing ..got to wait ( usually a year/six months ) for media R2 in my case. Current: 2019 and Game Of Thrones ( December 2019 blu Ray).
Ouch! (watching it out of order) I hope you didn't ruin things with some spoilers that blew my mind, the rush was well worth all of the head scratching I did while watching the show up until the reveals. That initial scene in Elliott's apartment with the drug dealer is pretty damn intense....it gets more & more intense though....anyways I can't say anymore. There are a ton of surprises and twists that happen with this show. I didn't even understand some of it until my 2nd go through. I'm actually about to watch it for a 3rd time btw, to keep up with a friend that just started watching it so we can discuss it.
Latest season (3rd) of Amazon's Man in the High Castle came out last month. I dug the 1st two so that is on my list to watch soon...pretty cool show that explores what the world would be like if Japan/Germany won WWII, plus including some weird multi-dimensional/parallel universe bizarreness.
3 seasons but no media available. Pity..looks interesting. What with prime .Netflix not releasing physical media ie; DVD /Blu Rays..lookee like I'm missing out on some good stuff.
This week alone there’s 3 new shows that look promising: Narcos S4 LeCarre’s The Little Drummer Girl (AMC) Escape At Dannemora (Showtime)
I've been busy watching The Woodfall British 1960s Blu Ray box. Have to get some TV series boxes to view over the festive period which is only five weeks away. Been thinking of rewatching L O S T .
Yeah, I agree. I don't stream myself either, think we were talking about this b4. I need physical media. Was able to get this another way from a friend but they are losing sales cutting out us physical folks.
What's the scoop on Orphan Black a yay or a nay? Seen season one and I found it light entertainment, amusing at times.
I liked it but it bogs down as it goes along, each season kinda gets worse IMO. Was still enjoyable enough to keep me interested but I thought it to got too confusing & complicated for its own good.
