..Without it starting in mid October. If I was ever lucky enough to appear on the t.v. show "Room 101" Christmas would be the first item I would select to be thrown in the bin.....

It's not Christmas in our house until this little fella appears on the front door. He also happens to be worth a fortune these days too.

This song always makes me think of those in need this time of year.

We've played this for years. The entire family loves it.

For some reason I forget about Take 6. Was aware of them in the early 90’s. Will check this out.

In the UK it has to be `SLADE` ....`Merry Xmas Everybody`, not sure why it is not known in the States? But over here after a few beers it is irresistible! It acts as a foil for the over sentimental sickly mush of the likes of `Cliff Richard`.
I went to a friends home as usual last year for Xmas dinner, and was asked to provide the music, Frank Sinatra`s `The Christmas Album` on Cd provided the dinner music........I later found the disc face down, out of it`s case, on the serving counter in the detritus of the meal! That will teach me to think that other people care.
    This is pretty good also....

Actually, this whole album. My older sister had it back when it came out & she wore the grooves out on it.

This specific Elvis collection, If Everyday Was Like Christmas, because it contains all his 57 and 71 Christmas songs as well as the 66 track used to name the album.
