    Here is their interview from American Bandstand. They did "I Feel Good (I Feel Bad)" on this show, but that clip has been removed from YT.

    For those who don't know:

    Lewis = Michael Martin Murphy

    Clarke = Boomer Castleman

    They did the "Foul Owl On The Prowl" song from In The Heat Of The Night, which Boomer mentions in the interview

    The singer is pretty over top with the dancing, but it's a cool version of FYL. Reminds me a bit of the Ace Kefford Stand's version, which I really like.

    Is this the same band that was The Lost Agency from Chicago that did "One Girl Man"? I have that track on a Sundazed comp of the USA and Destination labels.

    It looks like this clip and the earlier one of The Sounds of Time come from the same show. That performance was pretty cool as well though I can find no info about them.

    IIRC I heard TLA's A side, "Time To Dream", on the defunct but still-fondly-remembered American Roots Radio show* hosted by Bernie Taupin on Sirius. Bernie had a habit of playing one garage rock track per show in between all the blues, hillbilly, and other rootsy genres.

    As I recall Bernie's sidekick did not care much for TLA. :laugh:
