34.99 is above my breaking point, maybe the Blue Note 80 series will be more reasonable. On the other hand, there's very little on the label that I don't already have.

New Bottle Old Wine by Gil Evans will be an upcoming title in the Tone Poet series.

I imagine it's pretty low on the list, but if the Pacific library is open for these, I'd love an audiophile reissue of the first self-titled Chico Hamilton Quintent album.

I don't see a barcode on the Chick Corea record at least. Could be covered up in the image though.

Why all the kvetching about barcodes? Who cares? If it's well-pressed AAA from master tapes and original artwork with nice tip-on jackets, does it really matter that much?

I'm subscribed to it. The complaining about SRX price, lack of new titles and shipping costs are not unreasonable, as far as I'm concerned, if that's what you're referring to. I'm guilty of that. :)

Its not a huge deal about the barcodes..Its just a little thing that takes the presentation down just a hair. Believe me, I will still probably buy every one and I am sure itll be better produced than 99 percent of vinyl reissues!

These pictures look like artist renderings. Maybe the final product will have barcodes, or not. Let's save the griping for when they're in our hands.

I think what bothers me more is when MoFi (and some older AP) replaces original record labels with their own.
