Well, AFAIK Queen had the original artist re-draw his original for NEWS so that was not unauthorized.
I don't know if this has been done. Noticed the second in a record store the other day. It is actually on Apple Records.

I've seen both of these many times - even have "Brother" on vinyl and CD - but never recognized the similarity.
Kesha - Rainbow (2017) also interesting (?) that both albums use images similar to the ones on this Nektar album
I always thought the Foghat "Rock 'n' roll "cover was an original idea, but these two albums from 1957 and 1958 proved me wrong
White boys playing the blues...decades apart. Saw Tommy Castro's Stompin' Ground (2017) for the first time yesterday when I was buying Savoy Brown's Street Corner Talking (1971). "Okay, this is interesting." Went home and checked out Stompin' Ground snippets on "All Music". Will be going back to get Stompin' Ground today.
