This guitar was (maybe still is) on display at the Rick & Roll Hall of Fame a few years ago. It was in a 4 sided glass display that allowed you to view up close from all sides. I stood at this display mesmerized, standing less than a foot from the neck.

That is interesting. Never seen him play an Epi version of his signature SG, but who knows.

The iconic Iommi guitar is this one...

It’s his original heavily modified SG used on the first few records and tours. Later, the John Birch made black SG’s with the cross inlays would take over stage duties. But this one is THE sound of heavy metal being created.

Leo Nocentelli of The Meters used a Starcaster for decades (70’s and 80’s) as his main session and live axe...

Clapton played a Jazzmaster in the Yardbirds?
I’ve never seen that. I only recall him with a red Telecaster.

Jack Bruce played an EB3 in Cream, which looked like an SG body.

He's playing it on the Live Blueswailing July '64 record (Relf talks about it in between songs) and you can see Dreja holding it on the cover of the For Your Love LP cover. Whether he's using it on Five Live Yardbirds or the red Tele is still debated (I think he does for some numbers personally)... Beck inherited that red Tele (since it was band owned) but disliked it so much that he got the Esquire...

Watching Letterman decades ago, Todd R was sitting in with the band, playing that guitar. I flipped out.

I can't take my eyes off this picture because of the acoustic guitar not because of her legs.

IIRC, at some point he had a replica made and sold the original.

About 10 years ago I saw a show where he was heading up an all star band covering Beatles.
He had that guitar on that show, but not sure if it was the original.

Is Mr Fripp already mentioned due to his black Les Paul? Nevermind...
