You don't argue with the voice of God! He has played Jesus, Aslan (substitute Jesus), Zeus, God and Qui-Gon Jinn. I read the interview and basically he says that he was tempted (by an awful event) to do something which he now knows was very wrong and completely illogical, and is ashamed he ever had thoughts like that. He finds that way of thinking repulsive now. I can't for the live of me think why people are so upset about this. He isn't saying it was right. Everything wrong with modern values there, completely missing the point.
What a powerful film that really was. Wow. Everyone was awesome in it too. Doubt I'll ever watch it again though. Too heavy for me these days
No need to blush, man. I'll never watch it again either. I could probably sit down and name 20 movies I am glad I saw and will never watch again.
I have some of his earlier roles: The Bounty Michael Collins Schindler’s List The Grey Star Wars: The Phanotm Menace Batman Begins Kingdoms of Heaven Gangs of New York Dark Knight Rises The Mission Les Miserables I am not a big action movie fan, so I didn’t get into his later action suspense stuff.
I liked Non-Stop. And still remember when Neeson was on TV primetime in Miami Vice. I don't remember him in The Bounty, but it's a good reason to watch the movie again. More generally, I've tried to avoid watching trailers these days, because they seem to want to show just too much.
Yeah Mission Impossible ( latest )DVD has the trailer before the film begins, then the opening film credits ( theme music)has images of the film as well, spoiling the momentum wt.
