I actually worked on mastering the pre-Diana Rigg 1961-1964 Avengers, but a) I didn't care for the content that much, and b) the technical quality of the shows were terrible. I think everything jumped up quite a bit in 1965 when Diana Rigg joined the show, and to me, that's when the series really began. But I have seen them. I'm not enough of a completist to demand that I own those, too. I'm ambivalent about the Tara King-era, but I actually think the 1980s Avengers reboot wasn't terrible.
My BF, an Honor Blackman fan, thanks you! Myself, I'm with you, not sure of the appeal but a few of them are okay, and one had Anneke Wills pre-Doctor Who, so there's that one.

I was very bummed-out: I joined the early-Avengers project for Carlton/ITC after it had been started, and they were doing the kinescopes at 24fps... which was wrong. It should've been 25fps. They wouldn't let me change. I hate doing substandard work, but whaddya gonna do?
What a Slacker. The only complete sets: Adventures of Superman Thriller The Honeymooners The Outer Limits Sgt. Bilko
supposedly there is a problem with season 2 BD...I have yet to hear anything about the corrections being mentioned or shipped since Nov or Dec 2018? I own both...

Way TOO many to mention, but my childhood faves (The Monkees, The Dukes Of Hazzard, and The Rockford Files) were day of release buys. Others that I am proud to own and revisit (and some which I NEVER thought would see complete series release): The Courtship Of Eddie's Father The Partridge Family Sledge Hammer! Lucan Emergency! Get Smart The Man/Girl From U.N.C.L.E. Batman I won't consider The Andy Griffith Show complete until all episodes of Mayberry R.F.D. are released. Again, I have LOTS more, but I would get carpal tunnel typing the list out!
What is it about Mayberry R.F.D. that makes you want all of that one, in addition to the Andy Griffith classic?
I'm one of the rare birds that really enjoy the color/post-Barney years of TAGS. Howard Sprague is one of my favorite characters. So, Mayberry R.F.D. to me is basically seasons 9, 10 and 11 of TAGS. I know it's a minority opinion, but that's how I feel. It's just a few more minutes in that "town" in that time, for me.
A looney amount. I've ripped most of them to my 8 bay NAS. Looking at them in Plex it appears I have 84 complete. And there's a few I acquired in the last 4 months and haven't ripped yet so probably 88ish. And in all this time I haven't finished any of them in full. I'd estimate I've watched ~ 10% of the total episodes among all the shows!
I've used an asterisk to indicate titles where new episodes are planned, in production, currently airing or airing soon, and I fully intend to add them to my collection sometime in the future, if they're released on physical media. “The Dick Van Dyke Show” Best sit-com ever? Is it weird that I don’t care for streaming music and prefer physical media there but have no problem streaming TV shows? Gotta figure that one out.
