Best movie scenes of people enjoying music

I'm sitting having lunch, and Tom Petty's American Girl played on the background music system, and I remembered that awesome scene at the beginning of Silence of the Lambs with Brooke Smith rocking out while driving her car. Just that minute of her loving that song made us immediately like her.

 

A similar scene with Jack Black in the movie Bernie, singing along with the song Love Lifted Me.



If you ever doubted that Jack Black is a good serious actor, you need to see this film.

One that comes to mind is the 2014 film "Two Days, One Night" with Marion Cotillard playing someone fighting to save her job, which she can only do if she can persuade her fellow workers to give up the bonus they have been expecting and relying on. There is a scene where a French language version of 'Needles and Pins' plays on the car radio and she is seen to smile for probably the first time in the film

and there is a wonderful later scene in the car when 'Gloria' by Them comes on the radio (Can't find this on YT)

I love this scene from The Martian where astronaut Mark Watney (Matt Damon) only has his mission commander's music collection, which is all Disco. And, despite himself, Donna Summer's Hot Stuff work's it's magic:

The only thing I remember of "Practical Magic".... Coconut starts at about 50 seconds. Watching it it again and thinking that this was the best part of the film is probably why no one watched it!

In Forrest Gump there's a scene where Young Forrest is listening to Elvis play his guitar and the music just kind of makes Forrest move and dance. I like that scene.

 

Despite the ridiculous notion that they didn't know what the song was, I absolutely adore this scene...
