Loving this lineup. Do I love everyone on it? No. Are they all household names? No. But there’s certainly something for everyone. Gotta laugh at some of the folks who haven’t paid attention to new music in the last 35 years realizing there’s 35 years of music to catch up on. ;) I’m glad And More is playing all three nights.

Compared to what? It's one of the better single weekend US festivals lineups in a couple years.

I can't see why they have to have a 50th anniversary concert. The same feeling probably won't be there and certainly won't be like the original.

Woodstock was a product of its time and need to be left in the past.

Can’t believe and more got the bottom billing all three days. They should fire their manager!

Interesting how a bunch of people who are too young to have even gone to the first Woodstock are experts on what constitutes a "real" Woodstock

let's be totally honest , Miley Cyrus is going to sell the most tickets , out of anyone else on the bill ( probably the Dead is 2nd or Jay-Z)-but those are the Top 3 for moving tickets to a fanbase

The real one from '69 should happen again instead. We just need a functional time machine!^^

    You guys in 1969:

"Who the hell is Santana? Who still cares about Jefferson Airplane? Jimi Hendrix WITHOUT Redding and Mitchell? Janis Joplin without BBHC? Who the hell are Quill and Bert Sommer? Sha-na-na is such a gimmick! Sly and the Family Stone is too "urban" for this festival. Where are Frank Sinatra, Elvis, Roy Orbison, The Mills Brothers??? There is nobody over 28!

What garbage, no way am I paying 18 dollars for that."

The original creator is still alive and planning it, most of the original acts who aren't dead or retired will be there, it is taking place on the same dates, it is also a large music camp-in music festival in upstate New York, it is a hippie event, and it is the 50th anniversary.

What more is needed, a Jimi Hendrix hologram?

This Woodstock honors legacy acts far more than the original. Was there a single performer born in the 1890s at the first? There were barely any performers even born before 1940 or so.

Phil Lesh and Jorma Kaukonen were among the oldest performers in 1969, and will likely be the oldest performers this time around. Interesting how that worked out.
