    They aren't LP-Rs, so that is good. Seriously, I haven't had any problems but they are hard to tell apart because of the same packaging and UPCs. As far as I'm concerned, they are priced about the same as those weird European pressings so that is where my money goes until I see a quality drop.

    The new OJC vinyl is a mixed bag too. They use 4 or 5 different pressing plants on them and most of them are recuts - not the same metalwork/laquers that were used in the 80s and 90s. Some of them aren't bad but overall they are mostly inferior to the older OJC pressings IME, especially if you get one pressed at United or Rainbo. Even the ones pressed at QRP and RTI can have problems. For example, I had a Chet LP on both old 80s OJC and the newer one. The newer one was cut from digital and had a digital glitch in it.
