Yeah - I remember it being an easy-ish way to tell the locale of songs esp during the Tug Of War/Pipes Of Peace years.....

  6. Available on the page but when I made the check-out they told me unavailable. Tried several times...

Heck, I never knew that! Explains some of the early 80s albums a bit more now.

And the recordings made in Lagos, Nigeria, were published by MPL Ganja UN-Limited ... ;)

Anyone order the colored vinyl 3 LP from JPC in Germany? I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. But did receive an order confirmation right after I placed the order in April. Might have to be a little more patient. Hopefully I'll get mine soon.

Sorry haven't been able to read the whole thread..has anyone mentioned that on 'Sixty Second Street' are similar chords to 'I owe it all to you' from OTG

Immediately made the connection when I first heard it.

  12. Didn’t notice it on first listen. Man, I Owe It All to You is such a striking sounding song. I’ve always loved Off the Ground as a whole.

Hmm... written and composed by Paul McCartney except "Fuh You" co-written with Ryan Tedder...

What do they consider the difference between "written" and "composed"?

  16. "Hopefully" is the correct word... hopefully also for me... hhv.de cancelled my order, hopefully JPC will not do the same...

Me too! Maybe its because its one of the first Paul albums I remember, my mum used to play the tape in the car all the time. I understand its not that popular round these parts though..

Based on past writing relationships Paul has had, I figured that "Fuh You" was Words: Tedder and McCartney, Music: McCartney. Perhaps that's the distinction they're trying to make?

Maybe it is too late for me to do it but I don't see an option for this. Can you tell me where to find it?
    Thanks

Actually, I think Paul’s been using that goofy “written and composed” credit since the Chaos era.
