Only because bullmoose was seeming shady. They had all the art and details for the CD and black vinyl but they wouldn't update the color. And they kept saying they didn't want to confirm anything so my thought was maybe they wouldn't get it. Then it started being sold at only overseas retailers and rumors were flying it was super limited so I put an order through on JPC and figured I'd leave both open in case one didn't go through.

So is it pretty much confirmed that the HDTracks download has the same mastering as the CD? I’m leaning towards hi res when it becomes available but will default to CD is the mastering is the same.

I've asked before, and it seems to be the same mastering. New got higher DR on the hi-res version, so I bought that, but no luck this time.

"written and composed by" is redundant, but the words sound nice together, and they sound more important that way, ha ha.

Co-written is a no-brainer for someone who helped write a song.

Co-composed sounds awkward and I've never seen that used.

I don't think this verbiage indicates that Tedder only co-wrote the lyrics while Paul wrote all the music himself.

I think this was a complete collaboration between the two on music and lyrics.

Maybe "written and composed" is just his way of saying "words and music"? Just spit ballin' here.

    It sounds reasonable....

    One writes words.
    One composes music.

But who knows what goes on in the minds of MPL??

Same! Fingers crossed for delivery tomorrow, though that will mess up my Friday night as I'll feel obliged to get an unboxing video up on YouTube as quick as I can get it done!

I must have missed your initial post about this. What ES USB are you referring to?

Look forward to the video and your comments. No real rush for me getting it tomorrow as my CD player is getting serviced at the moment. I won't get to hear it properly till next week in all probability.

It certainly seems unlikely that RT co-wrote the words but none of the music for Fuh You... but I could be wrong. [It has happened once or twice. :D ]
