This isn't part of the alphabetical list as it's a digit. I'm not too familiar with death metal. But, I was interested to find out about the Iranian band 5grs who have the double challenge of being a death metal band in Iran, and having a female lead singer. I've seen video of them playing live sans lead vocals, possibly due to the potential conflict with 'authorities' that this could cause.
BMG records has recently reissued 13 Motörhead albums from the SPV era on CD/LP. Many of these have been out of print for over a decade. They’re mid-priced at Sunrise Records and Amazon. BMG did all those Noise remaster series as well. MOTÖRHEAD BMG REISSUE ALL TITLES FROM SPV - The Swamp House
Song of Nova would be the B-side of the 45 for my day. The A-side was this. A dissonant mind tester with what I think is the winning formula of easily accessible passages placed throughout. The final easy passage at 4:54 ties it all up terrifically and you forgive all the earlier difficulties, like a marriage doomed eventually to fail. 2019 Grrrrr
Mike Perigo - Krass Judgement did some stuff with Pessimist. Hatred, Cadaver Symposium and worked with Dying Fetus, was found dead yesterday Mike Perigo - Encyclopaedia Metallum: The Metal Archives This was us playing a few years back at Soundstage in Baltimore Crappy audio but you can get an idea of just how amazing he was... one of the best I've ever played with.
After a few spins and given the similar styles this is better than the last Darkthrone album. That's based on songs 2. Lynx 04:31 and 6. Dark Matter 23:16 She should bring in a real bass player and drummer.
Now Streaming Nice cover! Grrrr I must say the little guitar bit at 1:45 blew me away. That's as far as I've listened. July 5
Just to give an idea of what Mike sounded like in the studio - I'm currently remixing this album and I will say it's amazing. No click track... no editing on the mic'd kicks. I'll post a snippet of the drums only... I recall doing this with him many times on stage trying to lock to his tom rolls - not easy. He also wrote the lyrics: https://www.facebook.com/krass.judgement/photos/a.305132146320117/1307495939417061/?type=3&theater
Ole André Farstad (1973 --- ) The reason this Abbath album is a load of fun. Sure, Abbath himself does his usual good vocal but the moments of elevation about all excluding jet-steam condors is this guitarist. New classic rock that doesn't make you cringe. Second fav song so far is 26:28 Scythewinder.
Relapse Records gives Tau Cross their masters back and tells them to take a hike. Tau Cross Dropped From Relapse After They Thanked A Holocaust Denier In Their Liner Notes
Hey they thanked publicly so they're fine with all consequences (seriously). I'm going to celebrate by having a "Save a cow" burger and fries combo (not seriously ). Here's another worthy cause. Meet with son and go here.
