The White Album , surely. But ...no it's Blonde On Blonde. Perhaps Let It Bleed ?
I'm new to this forum so forgive me my rookie-ness. I'm sure this has been done a thousand times but can we kick the can one more time?
I have to go with Simon & Garfunkel 's absolute 1970 classic Bridge Over Troubled Water. What an album!

Welcome to the forum! Bridge is the album I usually consider my favorite album ever, but I have a hard time definitely stating one as my favorite. I can do top 10! (or top 12 really :D).

It has to be a double-album from the '70s, so...
Physical Graffiti, Exile on Main St. or Quadrophenia

Abbey Road - even if it does have Maxwells silver hammer which I think is one of the worst songs they recorded, the rest of the album is just pure bliss. Even the album cover is the best too.

I thought of Abbey Road when considering my all-time fave album ( who wouldn't ?) But I had to nix it because it does have a couple of songs I'm not that wild about. And any truly favourite album would have to have all great tracks without exception. Hence...Bridge Over Troubled Water.
