More than 6 discs is quite ridicolous, I missed that

Even with 6 standard 74 min CDs... that’s 7 hours and 40 minutes

And hell, if we are going to fantasize, why not make it 20,30 or 50 disks?

So then, if not 6, then maybe 5? 4? 3? My bet is on 4 discs with the remix, 2 discs of outtakes, and the Blu-ray.

Yes, I dispute it too. Your info has always been accurate in the past and I tend to believe it now too. Also, for an LP which seemingly produced far less outtakes than others, six discs of any type seems ridiculously high!

 

Lurking around this thread again after a couple of days. How about people stop berating those who post whatever tidbits of information they can? Seriously, the badgering of maccawings was ridiculous. Show some courtesy and respect.

What can I say in my defense? I just gave you the information, knowing that it is interesting to many.
The last time my information was correct, it was from the same source (Red Rose Speedway, Wild Life).
The new stereo mix will not please everyone. Rehearsals and outtakes will be interesting. The price of a deluxe edition will anger many ))).

 

No, I didn' forget. I was just trying to make sense of the 6-disc information, because I don't see more than 2 CDs of sessions for this album, and maybe another CD for original mix (not likely), and I still had to figure out one more disc apart from Blu-ray, so I thought maybe Apple had got some complaints about the absence of DVD in the WA set, and were going back to the Pepper formula.

But now that mikecarrera and maccawings both confirm that the info about six discs is incorrect... forget it, I trust them completely.
