Question is if there is only one outtake per song. Then we are down to 2 cds.

 

I don't think there will only be one outtake per song, has mike or macca said that? It's very easy to lose track of this thread.

No, Come And Get It has been released. See Anthology 3.

 

Actually i think Maccawings did say so ething to that effect yes. But since you question me i am unsure now ;-)

 

If it is (which I seriously doubt anyway) then they can forget it as far as I'm concerned!

Theoretically, the remix would be put on CD 1.
Then, they could put 1 variation/alternate of each song onto CD 2.
Then, they could put any other material on CD 3. This could be outtakes like Who Slapped John; the single versions or alternates of The Ballad of John And Yoko and Old Brown Shoe; maybe You Know My Name; possibly Paul's Goodbye; possibly a few demos; and any other unknown tidbits.
A 4th disc would be the Blu-Ray.

Guess I'd better start selling my plasma now so I can afford the Deluxe box. It's Abbey Road, so worth a little lightheadedness and fainting, I suppose.

 

That's easy.
No inclusion of Come And Get It. I don't care if it was included on Anthology 3. It was recorded smack dab in the middle of the Abbey Road sessions, so it belongs there. Plus it is not like we will get 70+ Minutes on the extra CDs. So Come And Get It would fit without taking the place of anything else.

 

Not quite. Mostly by mainstream press writers who don’t know the difference. Most of them would praise brick walled remasters as well.
