Abbey Road 50th Anniversary Edition Price and Shipping Thread

I’m sure US Amazon’s price will come down in the super deluxe to match or beat Bull Moose. I pre-ordered the super deluxe from both US Amazon and CA. I figured it can’t hurt, right? Worst case scenario is CA cancels if. And I can always cancel the US if the price doesn’t fall to March Bull Moose since they don’t charge til it ships anyway!

 

Same thing happened with Sgt. Pepper. Ordered at a super low price, but amazon.ca eventually canceled it.

 

Ordered from amazon UK. $86 shipped. Price could go lower.

I opted for Amazon fr, came in at about £73 all in. It shows on the link a 2cd deluxe but all the other info shows the 4cd set and the photos.
This package looks a bit feeble to me to be honest, along the lines of the Pepper deluxe cd box.

 

Bullmoose was mentioned in post #18. I'll probably order from there as well.

 

I can’t seem to find the US page for the super deluxe. Canada’s page is gone. I’d be surprised if they honor those orders, I’ve caught them in a super low mistake before, 3 weeks later, order cancelled. Ordered from Amazon France as a backup. They had the best price on the white album release.

 

Some folks on the other thread have said their orders from amazon.ca are still up, but I got an email already stating my order for the Deluxe box was cancelled. It was auto-sent within an hour of my placing the order.

I have never ordered from Bullmoose before. Are they reliable and do they only charge when items ship?
I was surprised how much cheaper than they are ($83.97 price)currently from Amazon US ($117.68)even though I understand Amazon often lowers price to match competition.

Something similar happened to me with the Beatles mono box - I got a clearly mistakenly low price from Amazon US, and they canceled it within a week’s time. I hope they keep it going for all those who lucked into the Canadian price!

Qobuz, 7digital, HDtracks, Tidal, and maybe others should have digital versions (HD & 44.1/16) for sale on release date. But I don't think any of them do pre-orders.

 

Bullmoose still think it's 1995 & only ship within US
