Same the blue jeans LC1 cables are as low capacitance as you can get, I’m sure my GR and AtVm740ml appreciate it
Similarly, I don’t use the included interconnect cable, but only because I already had low-capacitance cables to use. The included cable does seem like decent quality cable, though, not the cheapo cable you get included with most components.
My new journey is about to begin, just bought this SL-1200GR with ORTOFON 2M BLUE as gratis included (good deal I guess). The package should arrive tomorrow.
Yes, that is a good deal. Even if you decide to try a different cartridge, the 2M Blue at no cost can’t be a bad starting point!
OK - I just bought a 1210-GR from the UK simply because I prefer the black finish, and I was told that all 1210-GR's had a voltage switch that could be set to 110v...but I am having no luck finding it. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks
Should be listed somewhere in manual. The power supply is a SMPS so I’m pretty sure it can handle any voltage you set it to
Fun! Just set mine up this morning. Sounds great so far - can't wait to see where it goes once the cartridge actually breaks in.

Guys can you instruct me how to align the cartridge using the included overhang gauge, the simplest way ?
