Depends on your preferences. I'm way more fond of brunettes and more voluptuous types, so I could find some I found more attractive. That said, Robbie is clearly super-hot! :_
At this rate it’s going to join the list of billion dollar grossing films this year! It’s sure heading for excellent DVD sales. Well, good for Quentin! Well deserved.
Well, yes...I thought of that when writing the post. That was sure an open ended, losing question. Should have said imo....she was pretty voluptuous in Wolf/Wallstreet!
After i watched the movie i was thinking what other young actress could have played Sharon Tate.Margot seems to be the perfect choice,a gorgeous woman just as Sharon Tate was and Robbie is also a very good actress not just getting by on her looks. She was great in the Tonya Harding movie and unrecognizable in Mary Queen Of Scots..
I was going to ask did Bruce Lee teach Sharon Tate her moves for the Wrecking Crew movie? But I went to Wiki,... Bruce Lee does not appear in the film, but receives a production credit as 'Karate Advisor' (choreographer) for the fight scenes.
Saw it for the third time last night this time with my wife and daughter. They both loved it too. So much to absorb even the third time. Guess now i will wait for the Blu-ray.
A lot of little things to. Today I dug the way Rick slipped the flask in his back pocket like he was resting back his gun in the holster and didn't want the girl to see it.
I tried to watch it. It's pretty bad. I didn't finish but advanced to near the end. It looks like they were able to produce it pretty quickly. Maybe the script existed in the shelf prior to "Once Upon A Time" or maybe not. I would never picked Hilary Duff to play the lead.
None of the killers are listed by their real names in the credits, are they? Austin Butler doesn't play Charles Watson, he plays "Tex," right? And the other two characters are listed in the credits as "Katie" and "Sadie" not Krenwinkel and Atkins. So calling Kasabian "Flower Child" seems to simply be a continuation of that (since she didn't have a Manson-given nickname) rather than an attempt to suggest she is a different person.
I vote for Sydney Sweeney (who is in the movie as “Snake”) and great in Euphoria. Three years younger than Tate, but whatevs. She would be a better Sharon Tate. Far less star power, though.
It does appear Kasabian had no real nickname during her time with Manson. Her name, however, spawned a band name. What other member can say that? Don’t give me “Mansun” either.
I’m going to see it on Sunday, looking forward to it after reading all the comments the last weeks on here. Slightly off topic, did Tarantino direct Four Rooms ? I’m not sure how this one went under the radar for me , saw a clip of it before and there’s some names in that and QT himself, will have to be watching this one soon.
It looks like Tim Roth is in the whole film and the main actor, iTunes have the film listed as films directed by Tarantino as they are selling some of his films cheaper at the moment, Death Proof doesn’t seem to be available on UK iTunes at the moment for some reason.
He only directed the final sequence. Rodriguez's segment was better...The best of the four, to tell the truth!
Well.... it was "FOUR Rooms" so, there was four directors. The other two were Allison Anders and Alexandre Rockwell. The segments in-between... well, all I know is Kathy Griffin gets about a minute long monologue explaining the history of the hotel..so, I assume that was QT's work, too!
She had only been with the family for 5 weeks prior to the murders. She was probably still in her probation period.
