The entire cast of Young Sheldon is fantastic. I was prepared to hate it, but now it’s one of my favorite shows.

I had no idea Zoe Perry was Laurie Metcalfe's daughter. No wonder she was such a perfect choice to play the younger version of Sheldon's mom.

I'm not surprised either. There's also this to note as well:

The cancellation doesn’t come as much of a surprise, with “A.P. Bio” only averaging a low 0.5 live + same day rating among adults 18-49 this year – making it NBC’s fourth-lowest-rated scripted title of the season.

That's the feast-or-famine nature of scripted series, I guess. If it hits, you ride that horse till it drops. If it doesn't, you shoot it in the head quickly and move on to the next project.

At least the show is going to finish with the remaining two episodes on May 30.

My daughter was dying to see it. After two episodes we both decided it was one crime-spook drama cliche after another. No great loss IMO.

I'm really annoyed about Swamp Thing being cancelled, 2 episodes in and it looks amazing

Also Happy and Deadly Class have been cancelled, although as much as I loved it I was surprised Happy even got a second series considering how 'out there' it is

Someone said on another forum that it was a bad knock-off of JAG.

Sad to read about "Deadly Class". I thought it was outstanding for the genre, especially for a first season.

CBS has cancelled infuriatingly inaccurate military drama 'The Code'

Never watched it, but it sure triggered the military.

CBS clearly wanted the to find the next JAG in The Code, where "the military's brightest minds take on America's toughest challenges inside the courtroom and out, where each attorney is trained as a prosecutor, a defense lawyer, an investigator—and a Marine," according to the official synopsis.

But based on the critical response of military and veterans observers, The Code focused more on how to inaccurately portray service members than the intricacies of the military justice system. Indeed, the series' pilot episode focused on the court-martial of a Navy O-5 who, inexplicably, appeared in the uniform of an O-3.

Sorry. I meant to comment on 'The Cool Kids' not 'The Kids Are Alright'.

Those damned "kids" have got me all confused.

'Instinct' - murder mystery on Sunday nights on CBS. Two episodes tonight (August 18th) and the series finale next week on August 25th.

I had a feeling this was coming. I usually watch it, but only if I can't find anything else that's more interesting broadcast at the same time. The two leads are badly cast - Alan Cummings who is completely unconvincing as both a former CIA operative who is suppose to be an expert in guns and hand-to-hand combat and as his character's new profession - a university professor. Bojana Novakovic, whose character is a police detective was described by her superior in a recent episode as "the baddest bad ass in the whole precinct". Novakovic looks like she's 5'2" and 90 lbs. soaking wet, and usually wearing high-heels. She doesn't look like she's a tough cop, and doesn't come across as someone who detect whether ice is cold. The writing and general overview of the show is not good, either.

'Instinct' Canceled After 2 Seasons by CBS

This is exactly why I don’t watch much network television anymore; especially new & unestablished shows. They get dumped after one season. Don’t waste my time!!!
