I have that ebook! It's very good. The characterizations are excellent. The horror element is very subdued - anyone looking for explosive scares isn't going to find them. It's basically a fictional rock bio with an eerie twist. I kept getting excited to year the "album" that the band makes in the story and had to keep reminding myself that it's fiction and neither the band nor the album actually exist!
