It seems that the Sickler’s., who have supported Rudy for many years, runs the studio now.
Pleased to know that the studio is active.

Unless noise reduction is applied only to remove the nastiest noises that would bother even the most purist of all audiophiles, it has to be avoided at all cost in my opinion (and I can't think of one instance where this kind of noise has ever occured or interfered with transferring a tape to digital of the top of my head) . It's almost always noticeable. When plain tape noise is considered "bad noise", you know what your dealing with.

The Desmond / Hall Mosaic sounds very good to my ears, well worth losing one track!

The Very Thought Of You - Putte Wickman & Red Mitchell (Dragon) CD

Recorded 1987-1988 in Red Mitchell's apartment, Stockholm. Digital remastering by Torbjorn Samuelsson

An excellent sounding clarinet led album with (previously unknown to me) Putte Wickman on clarinet accompanied by Red Mitchell on bass. Red also plays piano on three pieces. Playing time is just shy of 68 minutes.
