Jeez, how many times do these albums have to be released.

both of these were previously issued in papersleeves so that's some seriously misplaced marketing there... admittedly those were the US configurations but still.

Well, the U.K. versions has been sought after items on cd for years. I have the old 1989 editions and the first one (1966), are plagued with fake-stereo.

This will be a welcome re-release because it is the U.K. track configurations.

I’d be more keen if Vol 2 was in mono...

Hopefully these get Jewel Case issues in the UK soon then - I love both these albums. Also hopefully they use the correct mix of Breakdown, unlike the horrific one on the mono box.

i'm aware of that, but the back cover is the same as the US front and the booklet is the same. i think the marketing is overstating the case, that's all.

Pre-ordered. Should go well with my Rolling Stones in the 60's Paper Sleeve Collection box

I’ve got this complete box as well, is one of my favourites, I managed to track the promo box down as well brand new from a seller to house them all in, lovely set and one you could never sell even though it fetches crazy prices now.

Thanks I have all these mini card sleeves in at 2 slightly different versions - one bunch has bonus sleeves. I have some album sleeve promo boxes from Disk Union. I think they all use the 2002 remasters.
The 5 recent mini sleeves from Japan including the Made in the Shade album - did they use the 2009 masters?

The forthcoming 2 His sets using UK sleeves and track listing are shown as mono for Big Hits and stereo for Through the Past and use 2019 mastering. Will they be based on the 2019 RSD albums?
    Hard to keep up sometimes!

That mono box set is fairly recent. Pretty insane isn't it.

I just wonder where they will get 'true' stereo mix for You Better Move On.
